We accept a limited number of custom design orders each month. A custom design fee must be paid in full before design can begin. The design process begins with an initial consultation in person, by telephone or via email to discuss the details of your event and your specific wishes.
You will be given several choices of fonts, papers, envelopes, and response cards. You may compose your own verse or request assistance with wording. From this point, proofs will be sent via email. Often, we will bounce ideas back and forth with you via email or telephone until we have created the perfect card for you. This process can take a few days to a few weeks.
After the final proof is approved and the balance of your order is paid, your completed order will ship within 2 weeks. If unique papers are special ordered, the time frame for shipment may be 3 weeks from final proof approval.
Custom art requests require an additional 14 days of design time.
